Kim Chee Fried Rice

A local favorite with a Maile Twist! Easy to make, great to take to parties, or just to make at home for the kids!

  1. 2 1/2 cup cooked rice
  2. 1 can of Low Sodium SPAM Cubed
  3. 1/2 cup of kimchee
  4. 1/2 white onions
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 TBLSP oil
  7. Pinch of cilantro
  8. Pinch of green onion
Mailes Sauce
  1. 1 tsp fish sauce
  2. 1 tsp soy sauce
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  1. Add oil to your wok set on high. Add your egg and sauté with white onions. Next you're going to add your cubed spam and rice. Sauté your ingredients together then add kim chee. After letting your ingredients cook, add more kim chee sauce from the jar to taste, then add your special Maile sauce. Top with green onions and cilantro.
