Ingredients
  1. Kung Pao Shrimp
  2. 12-15 peeled shrimp
  3. ¼ cup roasted cashew unsalted
  4. 10 dried thai chili peppers
  5. ¼ onion, quartered
  6. ½ green bell pepper
  7. 3 stalks scallions
  8. 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  9. 2 ½ T oil
Kung Pao Sauce
  1. 2 T soy sauce
  2. 2 T sweet soy sauce
  3. ½ t starch
  4. 4 T water
  5. ¼ t sesame oil
  6. 3 dashes white pepper powder
  7. ½ t black vinegar
  8. ½ t sugar
Instructions
  1. Oil a heated wok then add garlic; give a few quick stirs before adding onions, bell peppers, and thai chili peppers. Add in shrimp and cashew, then sauté. When shrimp is cooked half way, add kung pao sauce mixture and cook until shrimp is fully cooked and sauce thickens. Add in chopped scallions then you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
