Pad Woo Pork

Pad Woo is glass noodles stir fried with ground pork and vegetables. Maile Sengoura teaches her friend, Mark Quirimit, how to make a version of “Thai pancit”.

Ingredients
  1. 2 Cups Long Rice Noodle
  2. ½ lb Ground Pork
  3. 1 sliced Carrot
  4. 1 sliced Celery
  5. ¼ cup Bean Sprouts
  6. ¼ cup Mushroom
  7. ¼ cup sliced White Onion
  8. 1 T Oyster Sauce
  9. 2 t Black Soy Sauce
  10. ½ T Sugar
  11. Pinch of Cilantro
Instructions
  1. In an oiled, heated wok, add a separated egg, and then ground pork. Cook the meat for a few minutes until half way cooked; next add noodles and mix evenly. Add in black soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Regular soy sauce can also be used. Last, add in the sliced carrots, onions, celery, bean sprouts, and mushrooms. Stir until vegetables are cooked, making sure pork is also cooked thoroughly. Plate your dish, then garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
