Seafood Angel Hair Pasta

Here is a delicious recipe for Seafood with Angel Hair…I love to cook and hope you will be able to do this at home as well.

  1. 2/3-package angel hair pasta
  2. ½ bottle (10 oz) pasta sauce
  3. 3 manila clams
  4. 3 Tiger prawns
  5. 3 Calamari (Not ringed)
  6. 2 Large Scallops
  7. Sweet Basil
  8. 8 cherry tomatoes
  9. 3 cloves garlic minced
  10. 1 T oyster sauce
  11. 2 T olive oil
  12. Dried parsley flakes
  1. Boil the manila clams. When clams open, drain water and rinse with cold water, then set aside. Cook the angel hair pasta. While the pasta boils, sauté garlic for 30 seconds in a heated wok with olive oil. Add in all seafood except clams. Once cooked, add in clams, and oyster sauce, then lower the heat. Drain the angel hair pasta then top with pasta sauce. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, basil, and parsley then serve. Enjoy!
