1 Cup Ground Chicken
1/2 Cup onions, thinly sliced
2 T Fish Sauce
1 1/2 T Powdered Rice
Thai Chili Peppers, to taste
1 Lime, squeezed
2 stalks green onions
1/4 cup mint
1/2 Head Cabbagge
1 Cucumber
Method
Saute the chicken thoroughly in a heated, oiled wok. After the chicken is cooked, saute in the onions. After, turn off the heat , and add fish sauce, powdered rice, Thai Chili Pepper to taste, a whole lime, squeezed, then toss. Powdered rice can be found in china town. Add in sliced green onions, fresh mint, then you are ready to enjoy! Chicken Larb is usually eaten with fresh cabbage and cucumber slices.
