Spicy Long Bean and Shrimp Stir-fry

Ingredients
1 T Oil
1 T Chopped Garlic
1 T Ginger
1 cup of Long Beans sliced
1 cup of Shrimp (5 – 7 pcs)
1 T Oyster Sauce
1 T Soy Sauce
Sambal to taste
1/2 T Mirin
1/2 T sesame oil
Method
Add oil to a heated wok and give your garlic and ginger a quick toss. Add your long bean, which can also be substituted for green beans, and sauté. Add your shrimp and toss. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sambal, mirin, and sesame oil; sauté till shrimp is pink and cooked. Enjoy!
