Sweet Chili Scallops
Ingredients
1 cup Scallops
egg
panko
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup white onion
1/3 cup mae ploy sweet chili sauce
1 heaping T sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
3 tsp lemon juice
Method
place in pot and simmer on high.
Wash Scallops with Egg and panko flakes and fry in wok or pan.
In another pot Add onions and bell peppers with sweet chili sauce, fish sauce and lemon juice.
Set the heat on high and simmer for a couple of minutes. Occasionally mix.
Just before it’s done add Thai basil.
Placed shredded cabbage and carrots on bottom of plate.
Then add Scallops
Top with sweet basil mixture.
