House Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 1⁄2 cup of cooked rice

1⁄2 cup cubed Low Sodium Spam

1⁄2 cup sliced Char Siu

1⁄2 cup white onions

1 egg

1 TBSP Oil

Pinch of cilantro

Pinch of green onions

3 cucumbers sliced

Fried Rice Mixture:

Equal parts and mix well

1 tsp Fish Sauce

1 tsp Golden Mountain Soy Sauce

1 tsp Sugar.
Method
Prepare in a bowl on the side the fried rice sauce mixture. Set aside.

With a hot wok or pan on high heat. Add oil.

Saute egg and white onions. Add Charsiu and Low sodium Spam and sauté.

Add rice to the wok/pan. Stir to marry all the ingredients together. Add the

fried rice mixture to the wok. Mash down the rice into to the wok. Saute on high for 2 – 3 minutes.

Plate and top with green onions and cilantro. Garnish with sliced cucumber.

Serves 2 – 4 servings.
